Villa Ozge 1, one of the neighbouring villas situated in the Ortaalan area below the D400 road in Kalkan. It is just a 15-20 minute walk to the town centre, restaurants, shops, and beach clubs and a 10-12 minute walk to supermarkets. The villa offers stunning sea views throughout and features 4 en-suite bedrooms with double beds. Two of the bedrooms have balconies while one has a terrace. Additionally, one of the bedrooms includes a jacuzzi. The villa offers a spacious living room and kitchen with full-height glass doors that fill the rooms with natural light. The pool terrace is generously sized with a private pool that includes an integrated children's pool.

American style kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

A security deposit of £250 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property
