Villa Luxury is a stylish 7 bedroom villa in the sought after Kiziltas area of Kalkan, comfortably sleeping up to 14 guests. The bedrooms are spread across three floors: two on the first floor, three on the second, and the remaining two on the third. Many have private balconies with sea views, and all feature en‑suite bathrooms.

On the ground floor, the open plan living, dining and kitchen area flows onto the terrace and infinity pool, ideal for relaxing or entertaining. There is also a pool table on one of the upper floors. Outdoors, you'll find shaded dining are, sun loungers, parasols, a BBQ, and for extra fun, table tennis.

Villa Luxury is just a 15-20 minute walk downhill or a 5‑minute drive to Kalkan Old Town, putting restaurants, shops and beaches within easy reach, while offering a peaceful, elevated setting.

The spacious living room features a modern seating area, a smart flat screen TV, complimentary WiFi, a guest WC, and a dining table. Large doors open directly onto the pool terrace, creating a seamless indoor outdoor living space.

Pool and Terrace

The private sun terrace features a swimming pool with sun loungers and parasols, a shaded dining area, a comfortable sofa, and a BBQ. Guests can also enjoy a game of table tennis while taking in some of the most stunning views of Kalkan from the poolside.

Additional Information

For stays of 1 week, standard cleaning is provided before arrival and after departure only, meaning no mid-stay service. For stay of 2 weeks, a complimentary mid-stay clean and fresh linen change is included

The villa's pool can be heated for an additional cost of £70 per day. As the pool requires several days to reach the optimal temperature, please request this service at the time of booking or at least one week before your arrival

A security deposit of £300 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property
