Villa Indigo is a contemporary, stylishly furnished, fully equipped detached villa situated in a unique location on the exclusive Kas Peninsula with stunning views of the Mediterranean, the Greek island of Meis and other small Greek islands. These spectacular views and glorious sunsets can be enjoyed from most bedrooms and balconies. The villa is divided into two areas, with three bedrooms in the main villa and two bedrooms in an attached apartment which is situated on lower ground floor ( down below the pool ). It is accessed from the steps on the pool terrace. On this level, there is also a living area including comfy furnitures and dining table. This accommodation for 10 people makes it ideal for families or friends travelling together. Although the peninsula is quiet and peaceful, it is only a 5 minute drive from the centre of Kas where you can enjoy delicious food and drinks at one of the many restaurants and bars and also you can visit the shops.

Note : Preferred changeover days are Saturdays during high season.

Living Room

Spacious living room with lovely sea view situated on the ground floor including L-shape sofa, armchair, mounted flat screen TV, sound system, fire place, iron, ironing board, complimentary internet and seperate WC. This room connects to pool terrace through sliding glass doors.

Kitchen

Open plan sea viewed fully equipped kitchen features fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, water dispenser, built-in oven, hob, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, dining table and plenty other utensils/dinnerware required for a self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

Extensive pool terrace has infinity swimming pool with children's paddling pool. This area comprises sun loungers, parasols, al fresco dining table and stone BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £350 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
