A recent addition to our sea view Kas villa collection for the 2026 season, Villa Ada 2 Peninsula is a spacious seafront villa on the beautiful Çukurbag Peninsula in Kas. Sleeping up to 8 guests, it is an excellent choice for larger families or groups of friends looking to enjoy a relaxing holiday by the sea.

The villa has 4 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en-suite shower room, giving everyone plenty of privacy during their stay. The open-plan living area is bright and welcoming, with large windows and doors that make the most of the wonderful sea views and lead directly onto the pool terrace.

Outside, you'll find a private swimming pool with 8 sun loungers, a shaded seating area and plenty of space to unwind. The outdoor dining area and BBQ are perfect for relaxed breakfasts, long lunches or evenings spent dining together while enjoying the peaceful surroundings.

One of the villa's highlights is its location. The sea is right on your doorstep, and a nearby hotel beach and beach club are just a short walk away, approximately 50 metres from the property. Guests can enjoy easy access to the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean without needing to drive anywhere.

Although the peninsula feels quiet and secluded, Ka? town centre is only a 10 minute drive. Here you'll find a great selection of restaurants, cafes, bars and shops, along with the town's historic streets.

The outdoor space is designed for making the most of the beautiful setting. The private swimming pool is surrounded by 8 sun loungers and parasols, giving everyone plenty of room to relax throughout the day. A comfortable shaded seating area provides a welcome escape from the sun, while the outdoor dining table and charcoal BBQ are perfect for enjoying long lunches or evening meals with family and friends.

Additional Information

If you're travelling as a larger group and would like to stay close together, Villa Ada 2 can be booked alongside the neighbouring 3-bedroom Villa Ada 1. The two villas are located just behind one another, making them an excellent option for extended families or groups of friends holidaying together

A security deposit of £200 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property

7-night stays include arrival and departure cleaning only. Stays of 14 nights or more include a complimentary mid-stay refresh and linen change
