Villa Ekim is located above Kalkan with the lovely sea views. This spectacular property is just a brief 4-5 minute drive away from the town center and beach clubs of Kalkan. This large villa is spread across four floors. Each floor has been designed with comfort and harmony in mind. The accommodation layout is thoughtful and offers ample space for everyone. It has 5 bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms. The lower ground floor has two twin bedrooms. These rooms have doors that open to the pool terrace. The ground floor, which also serves as the entry level, houses modern living and dining areas, along with a well-equipped kitchen. There is also a spacious balcony on this floor with a dining table for enjoying meals al fresco while gazing out at the sea. The first floor features two double bedrooms, each with its own furnished balcony that offers beautiful sea views. One of the double bedrooms on this floor features a jacuzzi bath as well. The top/second floor houses the last double bedroom. This room has its own terrace, offering another spot to take in the dazzling sea views. Outside the villa, there is a spacious pool terrace which can be accessed from the lower ground level or by using stairs outside the ground floor. The terrace features a swimming pool with children's pool section, sun loungers, and parasols. There is also a table with chairs and a table tennis under cover.

The living room features comfortable sofa set, coffee table, air conditioning, flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool with children's pool, sun loungers, parasols, table with chairs and table tennis. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
