These contemporary properties, completed in 2022, provide luxurious accommodation for up to 6 guests across three bedrooms. Each villa has been thoughtfully designed to maximize the breathtaking sea views, and each features its infinity pool with an integrated jacuzzi. The villas are only a 10-minute walk from the harbour, Old Town, and nearby beach clubs such as Indigo, Cakil, Yali, and Likya Gardens Beach Clubs. These contemporary properties, completed in 2022, provide luxurious accommodation for up to 6 guests across three bedrooms. Each villa has been thoughtfully designed to maximize the breathtaking sea views, and each features its infinity pool with an integrated jacuzzi. Ground Floor

The rear entrance of the villa leads into a bright, open-plan living area. To the right of the main door is a utility space with a washing machine connecting to a cloakroom containing a WC and basin. The living area features a wall-mounted Smart TV and a spacious L-shaped sofa set around a coffee table, accompanied by two armchairs. The kitchen has a large fridge freezer, dishwasher, built-in microwave and electric oven, gas hob with extractor fan, a filter coffee machine, a water cooler, toaster, kettle, a breakfast bar with three stools, and a dining table that comfortably seats eight, with five chairs and a bench seat.

The first bedroom of the villa is located on this floor. It is a twin bedroom (which can be made into a double on request) with bedside tables, a vanity table, a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom. The wardrobe also has an iron, ironing board, cloth airer, and vacuum cleaner.

The sliding doors on this floor open onto the pool terrace, offering stunning views of Kalkan Bay.

First Floor

Two further bedrooms are situated on this floor. The first double bedroom, located to the left of the stairs, features a king-size bed, bedside tables, a vanity table, a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom. There is a small Juliette balcony accessible through a glass window with integral blinds and sliding doors that open to the front balcony. It has two chairs and a side table, providing stunning sea views. 

The master bedroom also features a king-sized bed, bedside tables, a vanity table, a wardrobe, a jacuzzi bathtub, and an en-suite bathroom. Sliding doors open onto the side terrace, furnished with two sun loungers, while the front balcony provides two chairs and a side table, offering magnificent views.

Outdoors

The generous pool terrace overlooking the bay extends along the front of the villa and includes various areas for relaxation and entertainment. The terrace boasts an infinity swimming pool with an integrated jacuzzi section, six sun loungers, side tables, two parasols around the pool, and a cosy outdoor seating area. The outdoor area also features a dining table with six chairs under a pergola, a built-in BBQ, and a sink adjacent to the villa. There is also a table tennis area available under the pool terrace.

The villa features terraced gardens at the back and a small side gate by the front steps that provides access to Banu Villa. If both properties are rented together, the gate can be unlocked to allow access between them.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before guests' arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be scheduled for reservations of 14 nights or longer. If you require additional cleaning, please inform us at the time of booking or during your stay to be informed about the extra cleaning fee. Cleaning fees are applied per cleaning.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £350, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. The deposit will be refunded during checkout if no damage has been caused to the property.
