Villa Cihan is a stylish 4 bedroom luxury villa in the Ortaalan area of Kalkan. Completed in 2024, the villa enjoys lovely sea views from the upper floors and roof terrace and is conveniently located just a 10-12 minute walk from Kalkan town centre, the villa offers easy access to the town's amazing rooftop restaurants, shops, bars, harbour and public beach. A Migros supermarket is also close by for everyday essentials.

Ground Floor – Entrance Level

The villa is accessed through a private entrance gate to the side of the property. The main door opens directly onto the ground floor, where you will find the open-plan living area and fully equipped kitchen.

The living room is bright and comfortably furnished with two sofas, an armchair, a coffee table and a flat-screen smart TV. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. Large sliding glass doors lead directly onto the pool terrace.

The kitchen sits to the right of the entrance and is fully equipped for a self-catering holiday. It features a fridge freezer, dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, sandwich maker, filter coffee machine, and kettle, along with a dining table seating six guests.

Lower Ground Floor

This floor is accessed via stairs leading down from the ground floor and houses the villa's indoor leisure facilities, including sauna, cinema room, heated indoor pool, table football as well as two of the bedrooms.

At the top of this level is a bar area with three stools, a mini fridge and a sink, providing a practical space for drinks. A washing machine is beneath the staircase. The indoor swimming pool(which can be heated upon request at an additional cost) is surrounded by sun loungers and benefits from ladder style access into the water. There is also a seating area with a large sofa, table football and a small slide and swing for children. 

The first bedroom on this floor is located opposite the indoor pool and is arranged as a twin room with an en-suite shower room. 

The second bedroom, situated near the bar area, is a spacious double room, also with an en-suite shower room.

First Floor

The first floor comprises two double bedrooms, both with en-suite shower rooms.

One of the bedrooms has sliding doors opening onto a private balcony furnished with two chairs and a side table, from which lovely sea views can be enjoyed.

The second double bedroom benefits from a large picture window overlooking Kalkan Bay.

Outdoors

The outdoor terrace wrap around a private L-shaped swimming pool, surrounded by sun loungers and parasols. There is also a comfortable seating area, a swing seat and table tennis. A pergola shaded dining table seating 8 guests and a BBQ make outdoor dining easy and enjoyable.

Additional Information

If you are travelling as a larger group and require additional accommodation nearby, the 4-bedroom Villa Husam is located just on the street in front of Villa Cihan. When booked together, the two villas can accommodate up to 16 guests

The villa's indoor and outdoor pools can be heated upon request for an additional charge. The cost for heating the indoor pool is 2000 TL per day, and for the outdoor pool, 2500 TL per day
