Our 5-bedroom, 10-person luxury villa in the Kalkan Kalamar region has panoramic sea and island views from every room. The sixth bedroom can be used for an additional fee. Our villa, which is close to the center, market, and restaurants, provides you with a rare vacation opportunity. A wonderful holiday awaits you, our valued guests, in our villa, the construction of which was completed this year, with all the details thought out to the smallest detail.

Note : There is a billiards room as well as a TV room.

Note : Please keep in mind that children under the age of 12 are not permitted in our villa.

Note : The pool of the villa can be heated if requested. Pool heating fee is extra £650 weekly.

In the modern American kitchen, there is a 6-person dining table, high chair, refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave oven, toaster, dining table, dinner sets, cutlery, pots, and pans, and glasses.

Terrace and Pool

There is a private swimming pool, sun loungers, garden furniture, and a barbecue in the garden.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
