Villa Adamo is a recent addition to our collection for 2024, located in Kalamar district of Kalkan. This modern property takes full advantage of its excellent location, just a brief 10-minute amble to the nearest beach club and a couple of minutes from the Carrefour supermarket. The villa offers 3 en-suite bedrooms, two swimming pools and a fully-equipped games room that comes equipped with an air hockey table, pool table, table football, dartboard and a retro arcade games console. The ground floor encompasses 3 bedrooms and the games room. A smaller pool resides on this level, adorned with sun loungers, a parasol, a coffee table with chairs and a swing seat. This area is accessible from all bedrooms. Moving into the first floor which comprises a spacious living room and a kitchen, leading onto the main terrace. This outdoor sanctuary features a private swimming pool with a shallow section and an integrated jacuzzi. The edge of the pool overlooks a partial view of the sea and mountains, enhanced by a water feature cascading into the small pool on the level below. The terrace is also furnished with sun loungers, a spacious parasol and a pergola-shaded seating area, as well as an al fresco dining area.

Living Room

The modern living room features comfortable L-shape sofa, air conditioning, flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, island unit/breakfast bar and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The ground floor pool terrace has a smaller pool, sun loungers, a parasol, swing seat and a coffee table with chairs. The main pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers,  a parasol, pergola-shaded outdoor seating, pergola-shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
