Villa NightCity is a stylish and spacious property in Kalkan's desirable lower Kiziltas area. Perched at an elevated spot, the villa offers stunning views of the sea and mountains, particularly from the second and third floors, while still just a short distance from Kalkan's centre. The town centre is a 15–20 minute stroll or a quick 3–4 minute taxi journey away.

This elegantly decorated villa extends across 4 levels and boasts 4 en-suite bedrooms, perfect for families or groups of friends searching for comfy accommodation. The master bedroom also boasts a generously sized en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath, and all bedrooms are air-conditioned and furnished to a high standard. The interiors are also thoughtfully designed with a modern Mediterranean style.

The villa's private outdoor space has a spacious pool terrace with a large swimming pool, a pergola-shaded swinging daybed, and an al fresco dining area with a BBQ.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: Ground Floor, A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, shower room and WC. The sliding glass doors open out onto the pool terrace.

2. Bedroom: Ground Floor, Twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, shower room and WC. The sliding glass doors open out onto the pool terrace.

3. Bedroom: Second Floor, A double bed, two wing chairs, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, shower room and WC. This bedroom has a private balcony with two chairs and a table.

4. Bedroom: Third/Top Floor, A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, shower room and WC. This bedroom has a private terrace with two sun loungers, chairs, and a table.

Living Room

The living room, designed in an open-plan style, is situated on the first floor and has an elegant L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV mounted on the wall. There is a Guest's WC on this floor.

Kitchen

The villa's kitchen has been tastefully designed and provides all the essentials you may require during your visit. It has a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, and all necessary utensils for your self-catering experience. Additionally, there is a dining table for 6 people.

Terrace and Pool

The villa's extensive pool terrace features a sizable swimming pool, comfortable sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating arrangements, an al fresco dining table, and a BBQ. An attendant completes cleaning and maintenance of the pool and garden area daily.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. Please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee if you would like extra cleaning. Cleaning fees are charged per clean. An attendant also cleans and maintains the pool and garden area daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
