Designed for guests who value space, privacy, and breathtaking surroundings, the villa accommodates up to 8 guests across 4 elegant en-suite bedrooms.

The villa offers a superb selection of facilities, including two swimming pools, table games, a fully equipped gym, and a media room, plus beautifully landscaped gardens that lead down to the sea. Multiple terraces and seating areas offer perfect spots to relax, soak up the sun, or enjoy meals outdoors with uninterrupted views across the Mediterranean.

Set in a tranquil and prestigious part of Kalamar Bay, the villa is just a 6-7 minute drive from the restaurants, beach clubs, and shops in Kalkan's town centre.

Upper Ground Floor - Entrance Level

The main entrance opens into a bright and spacious open-plan living area with a high, galleried ceiling that enhances the sense of light and space. The lounge area is comfortably furnished and provides a relaxing place to unwind, complete with a large smart TV, wireless sound system and generous seating. Large sliding doors open directly onto the upper pool terrace, allowing the indoor living space to flow naturally outdoors.

The kitchen on this level is modern and fully equipped, featuring a large central island with breakfast seating and all the appliances required for self-catering stays. The layout makes it a sociable space where guests can gather while meals are being prepared.

Also on this floor is a guest bedroom with a double bed, an en-suite shower room, and direct access to the terrace through large glass doors. A separate guest WC completes the facilities on this level.

Lower Ground Floor

Two further guest bedrooms are located on the lower floor of the villa. Both rooms feature double beds and en-suite shower rooms, with large windows opening onto the lower terrace and pool area.

This level also includes a media and games room designed for relaxing evenings, along with a fully equipped air-conditioned gym. A utility room with laundry facilities and additional kitchen equipment is also located on this floor.

Top Floor

The entire top floor is dedicated to the master bedroom suite and its spacious sun terrace. The bedroom features a wardrobe, an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath, and sea views from a Juliet balcony. A galleried mezzanine walkway connects the suite to the terrace, where a canopied four poster daybed provides a perfect spot for sunbathing or relaxing while enjoying the stunning Kalamar Bay views.

Outdoors

The outdoor areas of Villa Glass House are designed for relaxation and entertaining, with several terraces arranged across different levels of the property.

The main terrace features an infinity swimming pool that looks out towards the sea, surrounded by sun loungers and comfortable seating areas. There is also a large outdoor dining space and BBQ area, ideal for enjoying long meals outside while taking in the views.

A second swimming pool on the lower terrace offers a tranquil spot to relax and cool off. The surrounding gardens are beautifully landscaped with mature plants, and shaded seating areas provide a peaceful retreat. Guests can also enjoy a game of table tennis or table football on this terrace.

A stone pathway runs along the side of the villa, accessible from both the main entrance and the lower terrace. It meanders beneath a flowering pergola and leads down to the private decked platforms by the sea. Halfway along, a shaded seating nook offers a peaceful spot to pause and take in the views. The path continues to the first waterfront platform, complete with comfortable seating and an outdoor shower. A larger deck extends over the water, furnished with sun loungers and parasols, while a third, lower platform provides extra sunbathing space and a ladder for easy sea access.
