Villa Eda is located in the quiet upper Kisla area of Kalkan, surrounded by olive and citrus trees that create a serene and secluded atmosphere. It feels peaceful and private, making it a perfect spot to escape from everyday life.

The villa has a fantastic layout. There are three bedrooms on the ground floor, each with its own bathroom. First floor, you'll find the kitchen, dining area, and living room, all bright and open, perfect for spending time with friends and family. However, the real standout feature is the rooftop terrace, which is a great spot to enjoy.

The views from the rooftop are absolutely amazing! You can see the sea all around and watch beautiful sunsets each evening. The infinity pool up there is such a nice bonus, and there are plenty of loungers and comfy places to sit.

There's a beautiful garden outside filled with olive and citrus trees. It has a lovely shaded dining area with a BBQ that's great for enjoying lunches or dinners.

The villa is in a quiet area that is still accessible to various amenities. It is a 10-minute walk to Kalkan Beach Park, Green Beach Club, and Mahal Beach Club. The town centre, where there are options for dining and shopping, is a 5-minute taxi ride away.

Living Room

The living room houses a leather seating group, a coffee table, and a wall-mounted flat-screen TV. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board can be found in a laundry room. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the private balconies. 

Kitchen

The fully-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, hob, and all the utensils required during your self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The rooftop terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, and outdoor seating. You can appreciate remarkable sea views and sunsets from this level.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
