Villa Becca is a beautiful, spacious 4-bedroom rental villa in Kalkan's popular Ortaalan area. It's ideally situated to offer stunning sea views, making it an ideal place for a relaxing Mediterranean holiday.

The villa is built across several levels, with a private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and a cosy outdoor seating area. This is a great spot to soak up the sun or enjoy meals outside. One of the best features of Villa Becca is its rooftop terrace, which has a jacuzzi and provides impressive views of Kalkan Bay, perfect for unwinding during sunset.

The villa is modern and inviting, with 4 well-sized bedrooms that provide comfort and privacy. Large windows let in plenty of natural light while showcasing the breathtaking sea views outside.

Villa Becca is just a 15-minute walk from the centre of Kalkan, harbour, restaurants, shops, and beach clubs while enjoying a peaceful atmosphere away from the hustle and bustle.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: Lower Ground Floor, A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

2. Bedroom: First Floor, A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom: First Floor, Twin beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC.

4. Bedroom: Second Floor, A double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. This bedroom has direct access to the roof terrace with an open-air jacuzzi, sun loungers, and outdoor seating beneath a pergola.

Living Room

The living room features a sofa set, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are available in the laundry room. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The fully-equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, hob, and all the utensils required during your self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The patio terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, an al-fresco dining table, and a BBQ. An attendant completes cleaning and maintaining the pool and garden area daily.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £100, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
