Villa Suer is a unique stone building located in the Buyukcakil area of Kas. From this beautiful villa, you can enjoy lovely views of the bay. Its secluded design makes it an ideal place for families who prefer privacy. This villa is not far from the beach. It's just a quick 10-minute walk to Buyukcakil Beach. Villa Suer comprises 3 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, while the remaining one is on the lower ground level. The double bedrooms come with a jacuzzi. The bedroom on the lower ground floor, accessed via external staircase on the side of the property, may be considered a form of love suite, comprising a kitchen, breakfast bar with two stools and a wall-mounted TV. The interiors of the villa are spacious and stylish, including a living area for relaxation, a kitchen for meal preparation, and a dining area. Outside, Villa Suer offers a plenty of features designed for relaxation and enjoyment. There's a large swimming pool complete with a shallow section, sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, shaded outdoor seating, shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ.

Living Room

The living room features a elegant L-shape sofa set, two chairs, two coffee tables, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, breakfast bar, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, shaded outdoor seating, shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
