Constructed in 2023, Villa Quality is a recent addition to our portfolio for 2024. This extraordinary property, positioned on an elevation above Kalkan, offers remarkable unparalled views of  Kalkan Bay, Snake and Mouse Island. Its strategic location allows for a quick five-minute drive to the town centre of Kalkan, restaurants and beach clubs. The local supermarket which is called Bim and a butcher are just a brisk walk away. The villa has been designed to comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests across its 4 en suite bedrooms. The master bedroom is thoughtfully designed for ultimate relaxation with a freestanding bathtub, sauna, hammam-style en suite bathroom and a beautifully furnished private balcony. Other bedrooms are no less luxurious. One double bedroom features a jacuzzi while another features a pergola-shaded terrace equipped with a cosy seating corner. Three of the bedrooms are also fitted with TVs. The interiors are luxurious and spacious with a well-equipped kitchen, dining area and an expansive living area that unfolds onto spectacular views from the pool terrace. Outer area, an expansive sun terrace welcomes you, complemented by a sizeable pool, four sunbathing platforms, sun loungers, parasols, a rattan outdoor seating area, a swing, a shaded alfresco dining area and a stone BBQ with kitchenette. The pool area is designed to cater to all ages with a jacuzzi section, a shallow section for children and a unique sunken conversation pit for adults. To top it all, a table tennis set at the rear of the property.

1. Bedroom : A double bed, a single bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, TV, bathroom and WC. Situated on the ground floor with direct access to the pool terrace.

2. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, juliet balcony, jacuzzi, bathroom and WC.

3. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, furnished balcony, freestanding bathtub, TV, bathroom and WC.

4. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, furnished terrace, TV, bathroom and WC.

Living Room

The spacious living room includes elegant L-shape sofa set, coffee table, plush chairs with coffee table, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board. Sliding doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The stylish open plan kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

There is a large swimming pool with a jacuzzi section and shallow section. Pool terrace comprise sun loungers, parasols, rattan outdoor seating, swing, shaded al fresco dining table and a stone BBQ with kitchenette. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
