Villa Phoebe is a secluded villa positioned above Kalkan, boasting picturesque sea views. It comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms, with the master bedroom featuring a luxurious jacuzzi bath. The interiors of the property offer spacious and contemporary desing, including well-lit living, dining areas, and a fully equipped kitchen. Outside, the property has an extensive pool terrace featuring a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, outdoor seating, a shaded alfresco dining table and a BBQ for delightful outdoor experiences. Plus, you can enjoy table tennis and table football available on the pool terrace. Kalkan town center, restaurants, shops and beach clubs can be reached within a 5-minute drive from Villa Phoebe.

The living room offers a L-shape sofa set, coffee table, air conditioning, flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, island unit/breakfast bar, a round dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, outdoor seating, a shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £300 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
