Villa Parigul, located in the prestigious Kalamar area of Kalkan, is a luxurious property that offers an exceptional vacation experience. This impressive four-floor villa offers breathtaking sea views and a prime location, making it a highly desirable accommodation option. The villa features 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, providing ample space for larger groups or families. It is equipped with top-notch amenities designed to enhance relaxation and indulgence, including a massive pool terrace, a private infinity pool with heating capabilities, a hammam(on the lower ground floor ), and a rooftop jacuzzi. Villa Parigul enjoys a convenient location near Kulube Beach Club ( 5 mins ) and the restaurants on Kalamar Road ( 10 mins ). This allows our guests to easily access local attractions and dining. The town center, shops, bars and restaurants are also in a 25-minute walk from the property. Villa Parigul provides a luxurious living experience on the Kalamar Bay. The villa's spacious interiors, exteriors, modern kitchen, private garage, prime location, high-end amenities and sea views create an exceptional holiday destination for those seeking comfort and indulgence.

Note : The pool of the villa can be heated on request for an additional cost of £150 weekly. The hammam can be used on request for an additional cost of £100 weekly.

1. Bedroom : Twin beds, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. Situated on the lower ground floor.

2. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. Situated on the first floor.

3. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. Situated on the first floor.

4. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, bathroom and WC. Situated on the first floor.

5. Bedroom : A double bed, bedside table, air conditioning, wardrobe, vanity table, freestanding bathtub, bathroom and WC. Situated on the top floor.

Living Rooms

There are two lounge areas in the property. The main one is situated on the ground floor and the second one is situated on the lower ground floor. The main lounge area features a plush sofa set, a seating corner, a coffee table set, air conditioning, 75 inch wall mounted flat screen TV with English-speaking Channels and complimentary wifi. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. The second lounge area, accessible via a staircase from the ground floor, comprises two large sofas, a coffee table, a 55-inch flat-screen TV and a selection of gym equipment. This area provides an access to the garage and the terrace with fountain. There is also a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. 

Kitchen

The fully-fitted kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, breakfast bar, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool with an integrated jacuzzi section and a shallow section, sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £350 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
