Situated in an elevated position, Villa Imperial is located in Ortaalan, one of Kalkan's most popular areas. It is only a 4-5 minute drive or a 15-20 minute walk to the centre of Kalkan town, beaches and restaurants. The property features 5 bedrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests, with stunning views of Kalkan Bay from each room.

This luxurious villa is designed in a contemporary style and includes spacious living areas as well as an expansive outdoor space. The outdoor pool terrace features a sizeable infinity pool where you can enjoy the enchanting vistas.

The lower ground floor contains a heated indoor pool, treadmill, gym equipment, and a wall-mounted TV. This level also has sliding doors that open to an outdoor terrace with table tennis, sun loungers, and a seating area.

The second-floor bedrooms feature access to a roof terrace that overlooks Kalkan Bay. The terrace, which is directly accessible from the bedrooms, is equipped with outdoor seating and two sun loungers.

Living Room

The lounge area comprises a fully open plan living space with elegant gray and beige furnitures, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV and Harman Kardon bluetooth speaker. You can use complimentary internet at the lounge area as well as other rooms. Sliding glass doors connect to pool terrace.

Kitchen

The kitchen is fully integrated and has all modern appliances like dishwasher, washing machine, fridge-freezer, microwave, built-in oven, hob and all the other utensils required during your stay. Washing machine is at a small utility room. Dinner table is positioned alongside the kitchen.

Terrace and Pool

On the pool terrace, there is a large infinity pool with a shallow area, sun loungers, parasols, shaded outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.

Things to Know

The outdoor and indoor pools of the villa can be heated upon request at an additional cost. The indoor pool is £20 per day, and the outdoor pool is £30 per day.
