Villa Toprak, situated in the elevated Ulugol district of Kalkan, boasts a prime location offering captivating views of the mountains and Kalkan Bay. This remarkable property features 5 en-suite bedrooms, including a double bedroom with a jacuzzi and another with a freestanding bathtub. The interiors are truly breathtaking, with high ceiling doors that allow ample sunlight to flood in. The expansive pool terrace, complete with a generously-sized pool, sun loungers, outdoor seating, swing seat and an al fresco dining area, creates a perfect setting for relaxation. The villa is just a 4-5 minute drive from the town center, beach clubs, restaurants, and shops, and a pleasant 10-15 minute walk to the closest supermarket.

Living room includes comfortable furnitures, air conditioning, dining table, wall mounted flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board, complimentary wifi. Sliding doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

Open plan kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

There is a large swimming pool. Pool terrace comprise sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, swing seat, al fresco dining table and BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
