Villa Ates is located in Kisla district of Kalkan. It is just a 5-6 minute walk from the nearest beach clubs and restaurants. Kalkan town center is approximately half-hour walk or 5-minute taxi ride. This lovely villa is home to four en-suite bedrooms. On the first floor, there are two double bedrooms, each equipped with a furnished balcony that offers panoramic views of the sea. The remaining bedrooms are located on the lower ground floor, one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. These rooms open up to an inviting outdoor seating area, complete with table tennis. The rooftop terrace of Villa Ates is a space designed for relaxation and entertainment. It features a minibar equipped with a fridge, glasses, and bar stools. There's also a four-person open-air jacuzzi, sun loungers, a swing seat, and additional outdoor seating, perfect for soaking up the sun and the views. The living area, kitchen, and dining area are bathed in light, thanks to the floor-to-ceiling windows. These windows also provide direct access to the pool terrace, blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living. Outside, Villa Ates features a swimming pool equipped with jacuzzi jets, sun loungers, an al fresco dining table, and a BBQ.

The living room features a L-shape sofa, a coffee table, air conditioning, flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool with jacuzzi jets, sun loungers, al fresco dining table and a stone BBQ Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £150 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
