Built in 2022, Villa Grand is located in Baldraz area of Kas. It is around half an hour drive from Kas town centre, markets, shops, restaurants and beach clubs. Its position on the green hills above the sea allows for breathtaking views of rolling green hills and the azure sea stretching to the horizon. You can also enjoy high levels of privacy as the position of this villa means it is not overlooked as it sits on an unpopulated mountainside. The property has 3 modern bedrooms and can accommodate up to 6 guests. Two of the bedrooms have jacuzzies. It's ideal for large families or three different couples who plan to have a holiday together. The pool terrace of the villa can not be seen from outside so it makes the property highly favorable for conservative guests.

Note : The last 5 kilometers of the road is stabilized road.

Living room includes comfortable seating, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board and complimentary internet. Sliding doors provide easy access to pool area.

Kitchen

Open plan full equipped kitchen features a breakfast bar/dining table, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, oven, hob, kettle, toaster and other kitchen equipment required for a self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

Pool of the villa is sheltered so that it can not be seen from the outside, providing you peaceful and pleasant pool experience. The pool terrace includes sun loungers, parasols, outdoor seating, swing, al fresco dining table and stone BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
