Villa Foresta, located in the nature of Saribelen district in Kalkan, is a luxurious property situated just a 20-minute drive away from Kalkan town center. This exquisite villa, constructed in 2023, spans across three floors and is set on a vast piece of land. The first floor features 2 elegant double bedrooms, complemented by a terrace adorned with an open-air jacuzzi, a swing seat and comfortable seating arrangements. The ground floor greets you with stylish interiors, showcasing a harmonious blend of cream tones. The living room and kitchen exude luxury, while an air hockey table awaits you beneath the stairs. The lower ground level houses a facility area complete with a heated indoor pool, sauna, hammam and a well-equipped gym. This level also offers direct access to the lush garden area. The ground floor greets you with stylish interiors, showcasing a harmonious blend of cream tones. The living room and kitchen exude luxury, while an air hockey table awaits you beneath the stairs. The outdoor area is truly captivating, with an expansive patio, a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, a shaded seating corner, swing seat, an al fresco dining area, table football and table tennis. The well-manicured garden provides the perfect setting for moments of relaxation, featuring a hammock, floor cushions, and a children's playground.

Note : The indoor pool can be heated on request for an additional cost of £40 per day.

The kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, swing seat, shaded seating corner, shaded al fresco dining area and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
