Villa Esra Evi is situated in the Kalamar area of Kalkan. The property has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate up to eight guests. Nearly every room has fabulous sea and mountain views. There is also a jacuzzi situated in the top floor bedroom. One of the double bedrooms is situated on the lower ground level where the spa area exists. It is accessed via an external staircase. The property features a sauna, a heated indoor pool, a pool table, table tennis, table football, and other amenities. Villa Esra Evi is conveniently located just 5-7 minutes on foot from Kulube Beach Club, the nearest restaurants, and markets.

Living Room

Adjacent to the kitchen is an open-plan living space with sliding doors connecting to the pool and patio area. Living room comprises L-shape sofa set, a coffee table, air conditioning, a large wall mounted TV, and complimentary internet.

Kitchen

The kitchen is a stylish open-plan room found on the ground floor with the living room. It features a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, sandwich toaster, oven and hob and all the utensils required for your self-catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The private pool terrace marvellous sea views of Kalamar Bay. You can cool off  in the large swimming pool of the villa. Pool terrace includes sun loungers, parasols, a hammock, outdoor seating, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Additional Information

Indoor pool heating is available at 1500 TL per day. Please request this at the time of booking or at least one week prior to arrival to ensure the pool reaches the optimal temperature

A security deposit of 200 is required in cash upon arrival. This will be fully refunded at the end of your stay, provided no damage has been caused to the property
