The lounge area is modern an ideal space for entertaining. The lounge has a relaxing area perfect after a long day in the sun. Living room has a sitting group, television, free internet, air conditioning, nest of table and wc. You can go to pool terrace from living room also.

Kitchen

The kitchen area  is stylish American  style modern space. It hosts a dishwasher, washing machine, dinner table, fridge, kettle, oven and hob and all the utensils required for you self catering stay.

Garden and Pool

A private pool with comfortable sun loungers and parasols. On the pool terrace, there is a plush sofa, fireplace, BBQ and an al-fresco dining area. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £500 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
