Perched in the elevated Kiziltas area, Villa Degerli offers incredible sea views stretching across the bay and Kalkan town.

This delightful property features 3 en-suite bedrooms, including a family room, allowing the villa to accommodate up to 7 guests. Outside, you can relax and unwind by your private pool, soaking in the beautiful surroundings.

Kalkan Town Centre is just a short 5-6 minute taxi ride away. Villa Degerli truly presents an excellent choice for anyone seeking a superb Kalkan holiday that combines great value with an unforgettable experience.

3. Bedroom(Family Room): Second/Top Floor, A doule bed, a single bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, bathroom and WC. Please be aware that as the bedroom is built into the eaves, there are some areas with very limited ceiling height.

Living Room

The open plan living area features an L-shaped sofa, a coffee table, a flat-screen TV, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a separate WC. Large sliding glass doors open out to the pool terrace, connecting indoor and outdoor living.

Kitchen

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay, including a dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, sandwich toaster, oven, hob, and all necessary utensils and dinnerware. A dining table for 6 offers a perfect spot for indoor meals.

Terrace and Pool

The spacious pool terrace boasts a large private pool, sun loungers, parasols, a swing seat, an outdoor seating area, an al fresco dining table, and a BBQ, perfect for enjoying the stunning views and warm Kalkan evenings.

Cleaning and Maintenance

The villa is cleaned before your arrival, and a mid-stay cleaning will be arranged for reservations of 14 nights or more. Please let us know during your booking or stay to learn the additional cleaning fee if you would like extra cleaning. Cleaning fees are charged per clean. An attendant also cleans and maintains the pool and garden area daily.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200, which must be paid by hand at the start of your holiday. If no damage has been caused to the property, this deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay.
