Villa Burcu, situated in Kiziltas area of Kalkan, is a recently renovated holiday home built to high standards. The property is just a 20-25 minute walk from the town center. It houses 3 en suite bedrooms, accommodating up to 7 guests comfortably. One of the double bedrooms has a jacuzzi. Its interiors are carefully designed, featuring a contemporary living room and well-equipped kitchen. The outdoor area is truly impressive, highlighted by a delightful pool and additional amenities such as table football and table tennis.

Living Room

The living room features comfortable sofa set, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV, coffee table, iron, ironing board and complimentary wifi. A washing machine can be found under stairs. Sliding doors provide easy access to pool area.

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, swing seat, bean bags, table football, table tennis, shaded al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
