Villa Almond Blossom is located in Saribelen district of Kalkan. The property offers a luxurious design, private swimming pool, plenty of outdoor space and recreational activities, extensive garden area and privacy for conservative guests. It's just a 15-20 minute drive to Kalkan's old town and beach clubs. The property has 2 well-appointed bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms. The master bedroom of the villa has a jacuzzi as well. The villa's interiors offers a comfortable living space, a well-equipped kitchen and a dining table for 6 people. The villa has also a plenty of outdoor space, complete with a pool terrace which includes a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, table tennis, table football, outdoor seating, children's playground, a hammock, a swing seat, an al fresco dining table and a stone BBQ.

The kitchen features a dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, oven, hob, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, table tennis, table football, outdoor seating, al fresco dining table and a stone BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
