Villa Happy is a spacious property suitable for larger families or groups of friends, located in the Kisla area of Kalkan. It is conveniently situated within a short 7-10 minute walk of popular beach clubs such as Kalkan Beach Park, Green Beach, and Mahal Beach Clubs. To explore Kalkan town center, it is a 25-30 minute walk away, or alternatively, you can take a water taxi from Kalkan Beach Park to the harbor during the day. The villa is situated in close proximity to a local mini market, making it convenient to stock up on essentials. Villa Happy is spread over the ground and first floors, while the second floor and top floor belong to another villa with separate access. There are 5 comfortable en-suite bedrooms located on the ground and first floors, with the first floor bedrooms offering lovely sea views from their balconies. The villa's living space and kitchen are well-equipped and inviting, providing all necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The highlight of the villa is its pool terrace, which features a private curved swimming pool with a children's pool area. The terrace also offers ample sun loungers and parasols for enjoying the sun, as well as an outdoor dining table and BBQ for meals with family and friends. 

Points to Note

The pool of the villa can be heated if requested. Pool heating fee is extra £200 weekly.

Extra person over age of 5 can be accepted for an additional fee of £10 per day. Clean towels and sheets will be provided.

Full cleaning can be arranged on request for an additinal cost of £100.

Daily house keeping can be arranged on request for an additinal cost of £50.

Living Room

The living room features a comfortable sofa set, coffee table, air conditioning, wall mounted flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, island unit/breakfast bar, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private curved swimming pool with a children's pool section, sun loungers, parasols, an al fresco dining table and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £200 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
