Villa Aldeniz 2 is one of 2 brand new villas completed in 2022, situated in an elevated position in the Kordere district of Kalkan, allowing for mesmerizing views of Kalkan Bay. The property has 2 bedrooms and accommodate up to 4 guests, nearly every room has fabulous sea and mountain views. Both of the bedrooms includes jacuzzies. The property is perfectly ideal for honeymooners. With its secluded design, the villa is highly suitable for conservative families too. The pool of the property includes an integrated jacuzzi. It can be used as children's paddling pool as well. It is around 8-10 minute drive from Kalkan town centre to the villa. You can easily use taxis or rental cars. Villa Aldeniz 2 is adjacent to Villa Aldeniz 1, so if you are looking to book multiple properties together for your holiday, these two are excellent options.

Adjacent to the kitchen is an open-plan living space with sliding doors connecting to the pool and patio area. Living room comprises plush seating group, wall mounted flat screen TV, coffee table, air conditioning and complimentary internet.

Kitchen

The kitchen is a stylish open-plan room found on the ground floor with the living room. It features a dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, fridge freezer, microwave, dining table, toaster, oven and hob and all the utensils required for your self-catering stay.

Pool Terrace 

The private pool terrace marvellous sea views of Kalkan Bay. You can cool off  in the large swimming pool of the villa. Pool terrace includes sun loungers, parasols, swing, shadeed outdoor seating, shaded al fresco dining table and a stone BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay after provided no damage has been caused to the property.
