Our villa is located in Kalkan Islamlar, with 3 bedrooms up to sleep 6 guests, secluded and sheltered, with stunning  sea and nature views, jacuzzi, private pool and garden, pool terrace, table tennis and pinball, very modern design villa for family or friends group that you can prefer and have great times. Living Room
The lounge area is modern an ideal space for entertaining and at the pool floor. The lounge has a relaxing area perfect after a long day in the sun. Living room has a sitting group, television, iron, iron table,  vacuum cleaner, free internet, air conditioning, nest of table and wc. You can go to pool terrace from living room also. The lounge is with nature view.

Kitchen
The kitchen area is stylish American  style modern space. It hosts a dishwasher, washing machine, dinner table, fridge, kettle, oven and hob and all the utensils required for you self catering stay.

Pool and Garden
The pool area has a infinity pool with jacuzzi and very modern.The garden has a patio area with garden furniture provided.plus sun loungers, barbecue, table and chairs, umbrellas. Attendant is cleaning pool and garden area everyday.
Cleaning and maintenance: The villa is delivered to you clean and is cleaned once a week. If you request extra cleaning, new sheets, pillowcases, etc., our staff can provide them at an additional cost.

Deposit
 A deposit of 100 Pounds is taken upon entry to the villa. If there are no problems such as damage, breakage, or loss, the deposit will be refunded to the guests 10 minutes before they leave the villa/apartment after the villa/apartment is checked by our staff.
