Villa Galata is a serene getaway located in the idyllic Oludeniz area of Fethiye. The villa is conveniently located just a short drive away from the famous Oludeniz Beach, and it takes less than 10 minutes to get to the stunning shores of the beach. The villa is also only 5 minutes from Hisaronu, which offers a variety of restaurants, shops and bars for entertainment. The villa consists of 4 bedrooms and can provide comfortable accommodation for up to 8 guests. The accommodation features a contemporary design with spacious living, dining and kitchen areas to ensure that all guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Outside, the pool terrace offers opportunities for both relaxation and entertainment. Guests can enjoy a refreshing swim in the private pool or relax in the sun on the comfortable sun loungers. Additionally, two swing seats are available for guests to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and lush greenery. If shaded comfort is preferred, the outdoor seating area is perfect for unwinding with a book or enjoying a leisurely meal cooked on the BBQ.

The living room features a modern sofa set, coffee table, air conditioning, flat screen TV and complimentary wifi. There is a utility room including a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Sliding glass doors provide easy access to the pool area. 

Kitchen

The kitchen features a dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, island unit, dining table and all the utensils required during your self catering stay.

Terrace and Pool

The pool terrace features a private swimming pool, sun loungers, parasols, two swing seats, shaded outdoor seating and a BBQ. Cleaning and maintenance of pool and garden area is completed daily by an attendant.

Cleaning and Maintenance

Villa is cleaned before your arrival and will be organised a mid-stay cleaning for reservations of 14 nights or more stays. If you would like extra cleaning, please let us know during your booking or stay to learn what the additional cleaning fee will be charged. Cleaning fees are charged per clean.

Refundable Security Deposit

The security deposit for this villa is £250 which must be paid at the start of your holiday by hand. This deposit will be returned to you at the end of your stay provided no damage has been caused to the property.
